Healing Stone by Brock Booher - Book Review

Healing Stone is a spellbinding book from the very beginning.  Stone Ezekiel Molony was abandoned as a baby and knows nothing about his mother.  He discovers that he possesses a special gift of healing and quickly learns that it has changed his life and the lives of those around him forever.

"The day I discovered my gift, I saved Rusty's life, and then he saved mine."

The revelations Stone makes about his past, his town and his gift are told with intrigue, authenticity and depth.  I found the setting of 1955 Kentucky and the social climate of that time to add an interesting element to the story.  The details given make the story come to life.

I finished the story and wanted to know what happens next!  Oh, and when is the movie coming out?!

Brock Booher has written a wonderful first novel.  I loved it!  I'm looking forward to more!
